By participating in PibbleACO services, you agree to the following terms.
Service Description
PibbleACO provides Auto Checkout (ACO) services for online releases and restocks. We use software and automation tools to attempt purchases on your behalf. Payment of any membership or service fee does not guarantee a successful checkout.
No Guarantee of Success
PibbleACO cannot guarantee successful purchases. Product availability, queue systems, website restrictions, payment declines, anti-bot measures, and other factors are outside of our control.
Customer Information
To participate, you may be required to provide your name, shipping address, billing address, email address, phone number, and payment information. You confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
Fees
Any membership fees, setup fees, or per-checkout fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Successful checkouts may incur additional fees as disclosed before participation.
Payment Authorization
By submitting your payment information, you authorize purchases to be made on your behalf for products you have requested. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available.
Declines, Cancellations, and Order Issues
PibbleACO is not responsible for bank declines, fraud flags, retailer cancellations, shipping delays, lost packages, damaged packages, or retailer-imposed account restrictions. Retailer cancellations or fraud detections are not grounds for refunds.
Privacy
Customer information will only be used to provide ACO services and will not be intentionally shared or sold to third parties.
Right to Refuse Service
PibbleACO reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time for suspected fraud, abusive behavior, misuse of the service, or violations of these terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PibbleACO shall not be liable for losses, damages, expenses, lost profits, or other consequences resulting from participation in the service.
Agreement
By submitting your information to PibbleACO, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed above and authorize purchases to be attempted on your behalf using the information provided.
